Service Agreement

Advanced Air and Heat agrees to service the heating and air conditioning system listed above for a        
  period of one year at a cost of $65 , or 2 years at a cost of $85. We will initially service your system            
   one time during the year. We agree to service your system according to the check list below. Properly        
servicing your heating and air conditioning system will greatly increase efficiency and reduce costly          
repairs. However, if your system breaks down during the service agreement period, we will repair it         
    Without a Labor Charge. You will only be charged for the necessary parts. Service Calls due to dirty         
     filters are not included and would be charged. Servicing does not include cleaning of your air conditioning   
coils, this would be a separate charge.
